In this tutorial we will first learn how to design icons on grid by using After Effects shape layers by keeping in mind its usability in different sizes. Along the way we will learn to use Shape Layers and its contents, Pen tool, Trim paths to trim the shapes, key frames, Graph editor to control the speed of animation, Master Transformer to control the contents of the Composition exclusively, Smart Color Controller to change the colors of the whole project with just one click, shadows and many more. Besides this we will learn to create complex Shop Shade with the help of shape layer with advance techniques. The main attraction of this tutorial is to transform the credit card icon into a mobile phone icon by using the very same shapes that were used to create the credit card.
