If there is one thing trending right now in the personal development field, it is waking up early. I know, it sounds horrible right? This isnt just waking up early because you need to get ready for work, but choosing to wake up earlier than you really have to. Some of the benefits include: Having time for morning workouts. If you find that you struggle to exercise every day, that extra hour in the morning is the perfect opportunity to fit in some yoga or light cardio. Eating a healthier breakfast. When you get up earlier, you are more inclined to not only eat breakfast, but choose something a little healthier. Increasing productivity. This is more than just having more time in the day to get things done. You dont feel rushed in the morning when you wake up earlier than you need to, which can help you stay focused and give you more energy. Self-care and alone time. Again, having a little extra alone time helps so much with self-care. You get to choose how you want to spend this time, and it is wonderful for your mental health.
