Do you need a plan to deal with stress?In this workshop, I will present a comprehensive system for identifying sources of stress and for coping with stress. I will lead you through an analysis of the most common underlying reasons we feel stress and help you to identify what is causing you the most stress. I will teach you 13 interventions to get you back on track during your most stressful days and share a toolbox full of lifestyle and mindset changes which will lower your stress levels permanently. You will gain a deeper understanding of how you react to stressful events and challenges and which types of challenges cause you the most stress. You will also practice a variety of stress awareness and reduction techniques through a series of 11 exercises to be completed between the short video lectures. When you finish the workshop, you will feel more confident in your ability to deal with your stress in a productive and healthy way. The workshop contains over 4 hours of video presented in 34 segments and 11 supplemental resources which you can use to practice the coping techniques presented and customize your own stress management system.
