The Foundations Of Yoga course is a journey through the core elements of a traditional yoga practice, encompassing movement, breath work, meditation and philosophy. Through eight yoga classes, accompanied by additional notes and resources, we will build a progressive sequence that youll eventually be able to practice on your own at home.
