This yoga course will take you from beginner to studio ready. It’s suitable for all ages and bodies. Professionally filmed and edited, with world class yoga instructor Linda Condron. Each class is between 20 and 30 minutes and we recommend taking a class every other day so your course will take about 3 weeks to take. Of course, if you are more used to yoga these can be taken back to back or more frequently. The flow classes are also designed to be repeated as often as you like, one is a core-focused class and the other is more cardio based. They will have you break a sweat!
