In this course, we will cover the second D of the 7-D Method in our Business Kickstarter Master Course series. This D is Discover. After making the decision that you do want to start a business (covered in the course called Deciding to Start) the next thing you must do is to discover what it is that you actually want to do. This is something not to be taken lightly. This course was put together for you to begin to take a hard look to see if the solutions that you provide will actually solve a real-world problem. You will also need to know how to set up good business and personal goals to ensure they are more likely to occur. We will cover who is the client that you really should be focusing on attracting. Then determine the actual problem they have which is often more involved than the problem they think they have. And, then into one to three ways to solve their problem. This solution can become very lucrative once you understand how they may want to interact with you and your business. We will also cover who is going to be on your team. This will mean who is there to support you or not support you. Then build your first two or three teammates that all businesses have, especially new ones. Before you begin on any journey you will also need to take a very close look at where you are right now. This goes beyond the team you will eventually build. This will include who is part of your support system. We also cover knowing exactly where you are financially and timewise. After you have set all of your goals and have a team in place we will continue to have you create multiple streams of income platforms and your overall business vision.
