The course consists of 7 different workouts (you can alternate and do in any order), each of which is divided into parts: 1. Warm up 2. Training the buttocks and the press 3. Strengthening the muscles of the back and legs 4. Squats and stretching. Classes will be easy and interesting. Each video - training is varied and you can choose which workouts you like best.
