Sounds are characterized by frequencies we hear and Equalizer is used to sculpt the sound we hear. It is virtually impossible to have a polished recording, mix, matter without using Equalizer. There are many types of Equalizers, but the most common you get to find in pro music studios around the world are Parametric, Semi Parametric, Graphic and Dynamic Equalizer.
